Installed my Aquah 10L today, I chose this unit due to the location and usage the product will see. It is installed in a single room apartment which will limit the demand and had a gas line restriction of 1/2". The unit installation is simple and quick this is our 3rd tankless water heater I have come to understand that the newer direct vent units are much better for replacing a tank due to the fact that they accommodate varying flow rates and maintain water temp more accurately (we have such a unit for our family home it's great), however you pay for those features. In a scenario where you have separate hot and cold water knobs and the prospect of multiple faucets running at the same time is limited the older style unit such as the 10L is a perfect option it offers the comfort of continuous hot water on demand at a much better value. Upon first use I can say that with only one faucet running this unit will give you all the hot water you could ever need when a second faucet is activated the temp did not drop just water pressure due to the line feeding 2 outlets. I alternated turning off and on the the faucets the unit did not shut down and give you that cold shot some tankless models will. I would recommend this unit if the parameters of your need are as mentioned above, however if you looking at replacing one for your entire house with the prospect of multiple user, spend the extra and get the direct vent you won't be sorry.
