I purchased this outdoor unit for a 3 bedroom cabin with an elevation of 9000ft and actually installed it in November with snow on the ground. So having never installing one of these I emailed this store and received response by the next day which was awesome and answered all my questions and concerns and advised the best way to install this unit. Well water that comes from the ground is around 35-40 degrees and I had doubts this would heat up. It did! No problems only thing make sure when your taking shower nobody else is using hot water. Very easy to install the only issue I had was operator error which I hooked up the cold and hot to wrong connections other than that heater works awesome. I definitely will be buying another heater for my main house.
